How can you decrease your cholesterol level ?



Cholesterol is an important element for body but the over level of cholesterol is very harmful for body. Most of the cholesterol is produced by body itself and need no dietary cholesterol. When the cholesterol level is very high, it is going to deposit on your artery’s walls. In course of time it is accumulated and turn into hard substances. It inhibits the blood circulation and develops plaque that causes heart attack.

Again if you do think about the cholesterol level and the level is increased day by day it may affect the blood vessel and resist the brain blood supply. For this reason severe brain stroke can be occurred and the patient can be died immediately. Again cholesterol has an direct relation with blood pressure. The cholesterol level will be high the blood presser will be high. So, when the blood pressure will be high, it may be another reason of brain stroke. The nerve in brain can be torn causes internal blood transmission of brain due to high blood pressure. Now the question is how you can lower the cholesterol level. I think you, yes you can easily lower the cholesterol level by maintaining some rules and regulation.
1. Decrease the consumption of food that comes from animal source.
2. Increase the consumption of vegetables, grains and fruits.
3. Eat regularly garlic and onion with curry.
4. Use less oil for cooking food.
5. Use pure Soya bin oil rather than plum oil.
6. Remove bad habit of consuming fast food more and more.
7. Do not eat uncooked salt with rice.
8. Do exercise regularly as much as possible
