1. A Sensible Diet is the first requirement to keep your health sound not only in summer but also in winter. A healthy diet composed of low fats, high fiber with a suitable quantity of vegetables and fruits.
2. Bring variation in food. Various types of diseases can be found in summer season. The various types of fruits and vegetables which are available in summer are the medicine of these diseases. SO, do not escape seasonal fruits and vegetables as well as change the menu of food item everyday.
3. It is very common practice in young generation to skip breakfast. It is very bad. Try to remove yourself Skipping Breakfast. Skipping breakfast spoil the stamina and create ulcers due to acid secretion of stomach
4. Drink daily 8 glass of water.
5. Exercise such as yoga, running, walking should be performed regularly.
6. Try to keep away yourself from smoking.
7. Reduce stress level by preventing yourself from disorder, diseases and unhealthy lifestyle.
8. Brush your teeth everyday for two times and get healthy teeth. One is before sleeping and another is after sleeping.
9. You mind and body require sleep. Over sleep and under sleep both are harmful for human body. Please do not sleep not more than eight hours in 24 hours. There is also a very common practice not to sleep in night but sleep in day which is very harmful for health and mind. Sleep only at night.
